Singapore Girls' Home (SGH)- Post Care Support Service (PCSS)
The Singapore Girls’ Home (SGH) is a joint initiative by REACH Community Services and Youth Guidance Outreach Services to support our community.
We empower at-risk female youths under 18 with holistic support that fosters rehabilitation and reintegration in their community. Our trauma-informed, gender-responsive, and strength-based approach focuses on understanding experiences, addressing unique needs, and building on each individual’s resilience.
Our holistic pathway supports young girls in rebuilding their lives and achieving lasting independence through:

1. Safe & Secure Accommodation – Providing a stable foundation for recovery and growth.
2. Financial Stability – Building skills and resources for sustainable independence.
3. Positive Behaviour Change – Reducing risks and supporting a life free from reoffending.
4. Identity & Relationships – Fostering self-worth and nurturing healthy social connections.
5. Family & Community Support – Promoting positive family dynamics and strong support networks.
6. Education, Employment & Training – Creating opportunities for purpose and meaningful progress.
7. Health & Well-being – Strengthening the mind and body to support self-sufficiency and confidence.
